Admission Procedure
The admission process at Kalpavruksha Model School is designed to be simple, transparent, and student-friendly. Admissions are granted strictly on a merit basis and in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Education Department/CBSE. Parents are required to collect and submit the duly filled application form along with the necessary documents such as the child’s birth certificate, previous academic records (if applicable), transfer certificate, and passport-size photographs. Interaction with the child and parents may be conducted for certain classes to assess readiness. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees. The school reserves the right to admission, subject to the availability of seats.
Admission Procedure

- The school office will communicate with you to fix the entrance exam date.
- A syllabus copy of the entrance test will be sent to you.
- Visit the school by 10:00 am as per the appointment date and write the entrance test.
- Based on the result of the entrance test, provisional admission will be granted.
- Fill in the application and submit the following documents:
- Aadhaar card of the student and parents
- Student photographs (4 nos.)
- Mark sheet of the previous class
- Transfer Certificate / Birth Certificate

Payment of Fees
- 1st April to 30th April – First Term Fee
- 1st September to 30th September – Second Term Fee
Transportation
- No one should board/leave the bus until it comes to a complete stop.
- When the bus is in motion, no part of the body should be taken out by the commuters.
- Any unruly behavior inside the bus will invite strict disciplinary action.
Withdrawal
- A calendar month’s notice in writing must be given before the end of the academic year requesting the issue of a Transfer Certificate.
- In case of mid-term withdrawal/admission, the full year’s fee must be paid.
- The school academic year runs from the 1st week of April to 31st March.
Visiting Hours
Principal:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm
(Parents are requested to take prior appointment from the school office to meet the Principal.)
Academic Coordinator / Teachers:
- Monday to Friday: 4:15 pm to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Parent–Teacher Meeting
Parent–Teacher Meetings are scheduled on the second and last Saturday of every month from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, unless it is a calendar holiday.
In case of any changes, prior notice will be sent to parents.
